Welcome to Columbia United Christian Church (CUCC)—an interdenominational congregation, partnered with the Church of the Brethren, Disciples of Christ, and United Church of Christ. Our worship and ministries celebrate a blend of these three faith traditions.

We are a home for those seeking a progressive expression of Christianity. People of all spiritual backgrounds are welcome here. We invite them to join our mission, which is, in the words of the Brethren, continuing the work of Jesus—peacefully, simply, together.

We worship at the Meeting House in the Oakland Mills Interfaith Center, which we share with five other congregations. Our presence at the interfaith center affirms our respect for, and collaboration with, other religions and Christian faiths.

Our ministries reflect a strong commitment to working for God’s vision of peace and justice in our community and the world. On Sundays, our Christian Education program strengthens that commitment by offering classes for all ages.

We invite you to join us for worship at 10:30 a.m. this Sunday. At CUCC, we believe that by nurturing spirituality, building community, and working for justice we can make a difference in the world.

God is still speaking. Join us as we listen.
